Axiora Digital takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are, in line with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Union.

Data we collect

When you use our quote request form, we collect: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), project type, estimated budget (optional) and your message. We never collect payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

To answer your request and contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
To prepare and send you a quote.
To follow up on your project if you become a client.

We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (preparing a quote).

Service providers

Your data is only accessed by the Axiora Digital team. To operate, this website relies on Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Google (email). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and as required by law (accounting, invoicing).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, object to or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@axioragency.com or on WhatsApp. We reply within one month. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or under state privacy laws in the United States), and you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. It only stores your language choice (English or French) in your browser. The demos store their fictional data in your browser so you can try them; this data is never sent to Axiora Digital.

This website is served over HTTPS, and access to the requests we receive is limited to the Axiora Digital team.
